Terms and Conditions for Campsite Lots
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, please take note of the following terms and conditions that apply to each campsite lot. By booking and using our campsite facilities, you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations.
1. General Rules
1.1 Each campsite lot accommodates a single tent only.
1.2 All bookings must be made in advance, and full payment is required upon confirmation to secure your lot.
1.3 Guests must follow the designated lot boundaries and avoid encroaching into neighboring lots.
1.4 Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to respect other campers’ rest.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
2.1 Check-in time: 1:00PM | Check-out time: 11:00AM
2.2 Late check-outs may incur additional charges or penalties.
3. Campfire and Cooking
3.1 Open fires are only allowed in designated fire pits provided by the campsite.
3.2 Guests must ensure all fires are fully extinguished before leaving the area or retiring for the night.
3.3 Portable gas stoves or BBQ grills can only be used within your campsite lot. Cooking inside the tent is prohibited for safety reasons.
3.4 Guests are responsible for proper disposal of all food waste and maintaining cleanliness.
4. Safety and Security
4.1 The campsite is located in a natural setting; guests are responsible for their own safety and must exercise caution, particularly during outdoor activities.
4.2 Children must always be supervised by an adult.
4.3 The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
4.4 Wildlife sightings are common; do not feed or provoke the animals. Keep food items securely stored to avoid attracting them.
5. Environmental Conservation
5.1 Leave No Trace: Guests must ensure that all rubbish is properly disposed of in the bins provided. Littering is strictly prohibited.
5.2 Cutting trees, picking plants, or disturbing natural habitats is not allowed.
5.3 Keep noise levels to a minimum to preserve the tranquility of the natural environment.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Please contact us to pospone to a later date within 3 months period.
6.2 Please inform 3 days prior to the booking date for cancellation.
7. Rental Items
7.1 Any rented items (e.g., tents, mattresses, BBQ pits, etc.) must be returned in good condition. Guests are liable for damages or loss of rented items.
7.2 Rental equipment is non-refundable once issued.
8. Liability and Indemnity
8.1 Guests use the campsite facilities and participate in activities at their own risk.
8.2 The management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the stay.
8.3 Guests agree to indemnify the management against any claims arising from their use of the campsite.
9. Prohibited Activities
9.1 Illegal activities, including drug use and underage drinking, are strictly prohibited.
9.2 Bonfires and the use of fireworks are not permitted within the campsite.
9.3 Smoking is only allowed in designated areas; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
10. Emergency Procedures
10.1 In case of an emergency, guests must report to campsite staff immediately.
10.2 Emergency contact numbers will be provided upon check-in.
Acknowledgment
By booking a campsite lot, guests confirm that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the forfeiture of your stay without refund.
